What I Offer

I do both training and consulting to libraries and have done quite a few all-staff days for up to 500 people.

Most of my work is in the area of behavior change, communication and culture shift in all areas of the library from customer service to management and leadership. These days we need people to bring their whole selves to work with excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude. It is no longer sufficient to be good at what we already do, we need to learn new ways to think and communicate so we can continually improve.

I offer facilitation, consulting and training services by the day or as multiple sessions over time for an even greater impact. Use the list below as a starting place. For those serious about a culture shift, I have a 3 month, 6 month and year long offering which includes facilitation, training and coaching.
